Falcons announce updates to personnel, coaching staffs

McClintock has been promoted to area scout after spending the past three seasons as part of Atlanta's scouting department, spending time as a scouting assistant (2022-23) and BLESTO scout (2023-25). Prior to joining the Falcons, he worked in player personnel at Auburn (2021-22), where he provided oversight of the offensive staff in the evaluation, management and recruitment of high school and transfer portal prospects. He also served as a graduate assistant at Liberty University in 2020 and a recruiting analyst at the University of North Carolina from 2018-19.

Pasqualoni joined Atlanta's personnel department in 2024 as a scouting assistant after spending two seasons as a recruiting intern for the Syracuse football program. At Syracuse, she assisted the director of on-campus recruiting with all on campus recruiting activities, including official visits and unofficial visits with prospective student-athletes.

Weisman spent the 2024-25 season as a scouting assistant for the Falcons following two years in New York City serving as an intern and advocate for a variety of organizations while focusing on his Juris Doctorate at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. A 2022 University of Georgia graduate, Weisman served as a player personnel assistant during the Bulldogs' 2021 College Football Playoff championship season where he assisted in recruiting efforts while analyzing NIL opportunities.

Brown most recently served as director of player personnel (2024) at Ole Miss. Prior to Ole Miss, Brown served as the senior director of personnel/general manager (2023) as well as the director of scouting (2022) at SMU. Brown also spent three seasons at Rice (2019-22) as the director of football recruiting following four seasons with the football recruiting staff at Houston (2016-19). Prior to his time in collegiate athletics, Brown spent four years as the head central scout for Optimum Scouting, where he scouted the Big 12, SEC, Southland, Missouri Valley, MIAA, Lone Star Conference and all D3/NAIA schools in the state of Texas.

Melore joins the Falcons after most recently serving as a senior personnel assistant during the 2024 season at Texas. Melore graduated from the Lubin Business School at Pace University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Williams joined the Falcons with nine years of experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Williams worked as a rehabilitation coordinator for Olympic sports and a sports medicine physical therapist at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2023-25), sports physical therapy resident at Virginia Commonwealth University (2022-23), lead physical therapist at iPerformance Center in Pensacola, Fla., (2020-22), a student physical therapist in various locations (2018-19) and as a rehab coordinator at St. Joseph's John Knox Village (2016-17). Fisk currently serves as a recruiting and scouting graduate assistant at Boise State while working towards a master's degree in athletic leadership. Additionally, she completed a player personnel internship with the Seattle Seahawks in 2024. While completing her undergraduate degree at Central Washington University, Fisk played four years of collegiate volleyball for the Wildcats (2020-24).

Young served as the defensive quality control coach at Old Dominion. Young and worked closely with the linebackers in 2024. Young worked as a football recruiting intern (2019) and football academic intern (2021) while earning his master's and bachelor's degrees in science in sport management at Old Dominion. Young also played linebacker at Old Dominion for four seasons (2017-22), recording 344 tackles (146 solo), 20.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, eight passes defensed, two interceptions, two fumble recoveries and one forced fumble through 49 career games. Young also spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Ottawa Redblacks of the CFL and Houston Gamblers of the USFL from 2022-23.

Erik Harris currently serves as the special teams coordinator at Gulf Breeze High School in Gulf Breeze, Fla. He played defensive back for eight seasons in the NFL, spending time with the New Orleans Saints (2016), Las Vegas Raiders (2017-20), Atlanta Falcons (2021-22) and San Francisco 49ers (2023). He attended California University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies.
