Benjamin Sesko will need to follow a host of fresh regulations should he complete his switch to Manchester United.
The Red Devils are edging closer to securing a £74million agreement for the RB Leipzig frontman. Despite fierce interest from Newcastle United, Sesko is understood to prefer a transfer to Old Trafford. And with Manchester United reportedly resuming discussions with Leipzig on Thursday, an agreement could soon be reached.
Nevertheless, the 22-year-old might face a rude awakening should he arrive in the northwest, considering how Ruben Amorim has been swift to establish his authority since his own appointment last November.
The Portuguese manager has introduced several fresh regulations since replacing Erik ten Hag, aiming to reverse United's fortunes. The primary rule that the 40-year-old enforced upon his arrival was prohibiting his coaching staff from delivering complicated instructions, believing that matters must be streamlined before being communicated.
He also chose to prevent players from treating international breaks as vacation periods, following Marcus Rashford and Casemiro's trip to the United States in November for relaxation after being omitted from their respective national squads, reports the Mirror.
Amorim commented on the alterations, saying: "We as a club have to set the standards and manage that. It's my decision if they can have five days, or three days, or three days to rest and you cannot fly. This is something that us as a club have to decide. So this must be started in the club, with us and me being responsible in that area."

Amorim has also outlawed food in the changing room on matchdays after stressing that he wants to focus on physical fitness within his squad, whilst the fourth rule that Amorim has implemented sees defeated teams in training sessions compelled to collect equipment used during the session.
He's raised his expectations ahead of the new season, following a catastrophic Premier League campaign that witnessed the Red Devils finish 15th in the table. Diogo Dalot has emphasised that the club might not suit everyone at this time.
Discussing Amorim's approach, the Portugal international said: "If you want to be in Manchester United, you need to match some standards. If you can't match them, it's not a place for you. The message is really clear."

Amorim's team have made a reasonable impact during his inaugural pre-season at the club.
The Red Devils were held by newly-promoted Leeds United to a scoreless draw last month, before beginning their Premier League Summer Series tour of the United States. They claimed 2-1 and 4-1 victories over West Ham and Bournemouth respectively, alongside a 2-2 draw with Everton.
The team are now preparing to return to Old Trafford to take on Fiorentina on Saturday, before their Premier League curtain-raiser against rivals Arsenal on Sunday, August 17.
