Before the game, while speaking to the media, Luka Doncic said he feels well, but it will take some time for him to get back into rhythm after not playing the entire summer.
"Playing a full game will probably be tough, in my opinion, but I think I'll get quite a few minutes. It depends on how my body feels," Doncic said.
"I hadn't done five-on-five until now — this was my first time doing five-on-five, and it's a completely different rhythm compared to what I was doing. So we'll see, but I'm feeling good," he added.
Slovenia will play their first preparation game for EuroBasket 2025 against Germany on Friday.
