Benjamin Sesko will need to adhere to a host of new regulations if he joins Manchester United.
The Red Devils are nearing a £74million agreement for the RB Leipzig forward, despite competition from Newcastle. Sesko prefers a move to Old Trafford over the Magpies and has communicated his wishes to the RB Leipzig management.
United have made an initial offer - albeit lower than Newcastle's bid - and are continuing negotiations to finalise a deal. It seems increasingly likely that the Slovenian international will be the No. 9 that Ruben Amorim has been pursuing throughout the summer.
However, the 22-year-old might be in for a rude awakening upon his arrival in the northwest, given Amorim's swift implementation of strict rules since his appointment last November. The Portuguese manager, who took over from Erik ten Hag, has introduced several new rules in an attempt to change United's fortunes.
One of the first major rules the 40-year-old enforced was prohibiting his coaches from giving complex instructions, advocating for simplicity before information is passed down.

He also banned players from using international breaks as holiday periods, following incidents where Marcus Rashford and Casemiro flew to the United States for leisure in November after being omitted from their respective national teams.
Amorim spoke about the changes, stating: "We as a club have to set the standards and manage that. It's my decision if they can have five days, or three days, or three days to rest and you cannot fly. This is something that us as a club have to decide. So this must be started in the club, with us and me being responsible in that area."
In addition, Amorim has prohibited food in the dressing room on matchdays, emphasising his focus on physical fitness within his squad. Another rule implemented by Amorim requires the losing teams in training sessions to collect the equipment used that day.
Following a disastrous Premier League season that saw Manchester United finish 15th, Amorim has raised his expectations for the new campaign. Diogo Dalot has suggested that the club may not be suitable for everyone at the moment.

Discussing Amorim's approach, the Portugal international said: "If you want to be in Manchester United, you need to match some standards. If you can't match them, it's not a place for you. The message is really clear."

Amorim's team have made a positive start in his first pre-season at the helm. The Red Devils managed a goalless draw against newly-promoted Leeds United last month, before jetting off on their Premier League Summer Series tour of the United States.
They clinched 2-1 and 4-1 victories against West Ham and Bournemouth, respectively, and managed a 2-2 draw with Everton. The team is now preparing to return to Old Trafford for a match against Fiorentina on Saturday, ahead of their Premier League opener against Arsenal on August 17.
