Match preview
Fulham's points total under Marco Silva was the most they have ever accrued in the top flight, and it was also seven points more than they totalled in 2023-24.
Silva's side scored and conceded 54 goals in the Premier League, and while they scored 55 times in the prior season, they conceded on seven fewer occasions in 2024-25.
The Cottagers have so far been the division's lowest spenders, with their outlay of £500,000 entirely spent on Benjamin Lecomte, and there have been no major sales to report.
Fulham have played two pre-season friendlies, winning 3-1 against Nottingham Forest on July 26 and 4-2 against Al-Ittihad on July 30.
Silva oversaw three consecutive defeats at Craven Cottage in his team's final three outings at the stadium in 2024-25, and the club ranked 11th for points at home last season in the league (26).
Fulham's Reiss Nelson on December 1, 2024
As for Eintracht Frankfurt, their achieved their joint best ever points total since the Bundesliga's format changed to three points for a win instead of two in 1995-96.
Boss Dino Toppmoller's side averaged the third most shots on target per match (5.4), the second most xG (66.7) and the fouth most goals per game (two) of any team in the top flight.
However, the Eagles' tally of nine clean sheets was only the sixth best in the league, and eight clubs faced less xG in 2024-25 (48.9).
Frankfurt's performances in pre-season have been strong considering they have avoided losses in their five friendlies, achieving wins in three of their five outings while scoring at least two goals in each game.
Toppmoller oversaw six defeats, five stalemates and just four victories in his team's last 15 away fixtures of 2024-25.

Team News
Hugo Larsson of Eintracht Frankfurt on November 7, 2024
Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno is still expected to be the number one ahead of the new season despite the arrival of Lecomte.
The shot-stopper could be protected by Joachim Andersen and Issa Diop, while Kenny Tete is likely to start at right-back due to the ankle issue that Timothy Castagne is dealing with.
Joshua King will be hoping for another chance in midfield, and he is a candidate to appear behind attackers Harry Wilson, Tom Cairney, Emile Smith Rowe and Rodrigo Muniz.
Opponents Frankfurt may start centre-backs Robin Koch and Nnamdi Collins together ahead of goalkeeper Kevin Trapp.
Midfielder Hugo Larsson was one of the first names on the teamsheet last season, and he is certain to make an appearance on the weekend.
Following the exits of forwards Hugo Ekitike and Omar Marmoush, Toppmoller will hope that summer signing Jonathan Burkardt can help replace their output.
Fulham possible starting lineup:
Leno; Tete, Andersen, Diop, Sessegnon; King, Lukic; Wilson, Cairney, Smith Rowe; Muniz
Eintracht Frankfurt possible starting lineup:
Trapp; Theate, Koch, Collins, Nkounkou; Knauff, Chaibi, Larsson, Gotze; Burkardt, Bahoya

We say: Fulham 2-3 Eintracht Frankfurt
Both sides are so far unbeaten in pre-season, and their form is likely to lead to an entertaining clash at Craven Cottage.
It is difficult to see Eintracht Frankfurt being kept at bay given they have often found the back of the net in recent matches, though Fulham have also bene productive, so expect numerous chances to be created by both teams.
