With talks ongoing for Benjamin Sesko to join Manchester United, Ineos are wasting no time moving on to their next target.
United have made contact for Carlos Baleba with Ineos keen to deliver the “athletic” midfielder wanted by Ruben Amorim this summer.
According to transfer expert David Ornstein, United are aware that a move for Baleba might be “unrealistic” this summer, but it seems United are ready to test the water for the 21-year-old.

United were linked to Baleba in 2023 and are now reigniting their interest following his impressive start in the Premier League.
But despite Baleba shining for Brighton, it seems the young midfielder is on a relatively small contract with the Seagulls.
According to Capology, Baleba is currently earning £12,500 per week at Brighton, equating to £650,000 per year.

But if Baleba pushes for a move, and agrees terms with United, then it could force Brighton to lower their asking price to a realistic figure.
