Manchester United have agreed a deal for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko.
At long last, Manchester United have got their man. An agreement has been reached with RB Leipzig for the striker.
David Ornstein of The Athletic reports: “Manchester United strike agreement in principle with RB Leipzig to sign Benjamin Sesko.”
He adds that Benjamin Sesko has been given permission to fly to Manchester and complete his medical.
The fee with RB Leipzig is set at €76.5m up front and €8.5m in add-ons, this works out at £66.3 million plus £7.3 million, totalling £73.6 million if all add-ons are met.

Benjamin Sesko wanted ‘special project’
Manchester United have been tracking Benjamin Sesko for six years, only to fail with previous attempts to sign him.
Now 22, Sesko has gained experience at international and Champions League level, and is ready to join United.
He rejected interest from Newcastle, who offered a higher fee than Manchester United in an attempt to persuade the striker to join.
