ATLANTA-- Georgia State men's basketball has announced its 2025-26 Sun Belt Conference schedule, as released by the league office Thursday afternoon.
The Panthers will play an 18-game conference slate, featuring nine home games at the GSU Convocation Center and nine road matchups across the Sun Belt footprint.
Conference play tips off with back-to-back road contests before the new year, as Georgia State travels to Statesboro, Ga. to face in-state rival Georgia Southern on Dec. 17, followed by a trip to Boone, N.C. to take on App State on Dec. 20.
After a brief holiday break, the Panthers hit the road once more for two more away games, including a trip to Marshall on Dec. 31, followed by Coastal Carolina on Jan. 3.
Georgia State returns home for the first time in league play with a two-game stretch in Atlanta. The Panthers host App State on Jan. 8 before welcoming Marshall on Jan. 10.
The road swing continues shortly after with a trip to ULM on Jan. 17.
The Panthers then settle in for a stretch of three-of-four games at home. Southern Miss comes to town on Jan. 22, followed by Arkansas State on Jan. 24. Georgia State then travels west to Louisiana on Jan. 29 before heading south to face South Alabama on January 31.
February opens with a key home matchup against Troy on Feb. 4 before the Panthers make their longest road trip of the conference slate. The Panther faces James Madison on Feb. 12 before closing out their road slate at Old Dominion on Feb. 14.
The Panthers return home for the final stretch of the season, including a key rival game against Georgia Southern on Feb. 19. Georgia State hosts James Madison on Feb. 21, followed by Coastal Carolina on Feb. 24, before wrapping up the regular-season schedule against Old Dominion on Feb. 27.
