HANOVER, N.H. – Rising senior tight end Chris Corbo was recently named to the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000, the watch list for the prestigious All-Star game in Frisco, Texas. As described on the East-West Shrine Bowl website, "Every year, approximately 1000 all-star game eligible players are drafted, signed after the draft or attend a rookie mini-camp. Our aim is for this Shrine Bowl 1000 to serve as a look into our scouting process, as well as begin to preview college players who are currently all-star game eligible for the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl and 2026 NFL Draft class."
Corbo was named a preseason first team All-American by Stats Perform and Phil Steele. Following last season, he was a first team All-Ivy honoree, while also earning first team All-America by the AFCA and Walter Camp. He enjoyed a stellar junior season, leading the Big Green with seven touchdown receptions — the most by a Dartmouth player since Drew Estrada had eight in 2019. Corbo was also an Associated Press honorable mention All-American. His 32 receptions were second on the team, while his 315 yards were third. Corbo had a touchdown in seven of the 10 games in a remarkably consistent season. His seven receiving touchdowns were second nationally amongst tight ends, while his 1.4 touchdowns per game lead the country amongst his position.
The East-West Shrine Bowl is a best-in-class all-star event that will take place at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on January 27, 2026. The players will be coached by NFL coaches, in an NFL facility, and will have access to NFL-level resources, facilities, player-friendly schedules and opportunities at the highest level.
