Everton handed another transfer blow after Jack Grealish - journalist

Everton are exploring a deal to sign Jack Grealish from Manchester City.

Jack Grealish is expected to leave the Citizens, having been made surplus to requirements by Pep Guardiola.

Everton are looking at signing Grealish on loan, however, the deal is thought to be very ‘complicated’, and personal terms could be an issue.

Grealish prefers a move to Tottenham Hotspur, with Champions League football and the opportunity to live in London an attractive proposition for the England international.

So, Everton could be forced to look at alternatives, and now they’ve just suffered another transfer blow.

Everton handed transfer blow in race to sign Bilal El Khannouss

Everton are showing an interest in Bilal El Khannouss this summer transfer window.

The Leicester City playmaker, who can operate on the left wing, is expected to leave the Foxes after suffering relegation to the Championship.

Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett reports it would take offers in excess of £25m to sanction El Khannouss’ sale.

However, Everton are already on the back foot and have suffered a blow in the race to land his signature, as Leeds United have moved in front.

According to Graham Smyth’s Yorkshire Evening Post newsletter, El Khannouss is ‘very interested’ in joining the Whites after his representatives held talks.

Everton could end up reigniting Tyler Dibling deal

With Grealish pretty unlikely and El Khannouss a lot closer to Leeds United, it seems Everton could reignite talks with Southampton for Tyler Dibling.

The Toffees had a £43m bid rejected for Dibling, who is valued at around £50m by the Championship promotion hopefuls.

The 19-year-old has asked to leave, so there would be no issue in agreeing on personal terms, it’s just a club-to-club agreement that needs to be found.

Perhaps as the season draws nearer, the Friedkin Group may just decide to meet Saints’ valuation to ensure Moyes isn’t left with a void on the right flank.
