Dan Friedkin has not been afraid to make bold decisions since taking over Everton.
The American businessman has made multiple changes since coming into the Merseyside club in December.
This has seen the like of David Moyes returning to the Toffees, with Goodison Park also becoming the official home of the women’s team.
On the financial side of things, there have also been changes, with Everton selling its women’s team to their parent company at the end of July.
Now, Friedkin has made further changes to the Merseyside club ahead of the new season.

Everton set to issue new shares for potential investors
Everton’s Company House accounts were updated on 8 August with a new set of documents set to be released.
The Resolution of Allotment of Securities and the Resolution of Removal of Pre-emption Rights are currently being processed and will be available in 10 days.
The documents are set for release on Monday, 18 August and are currently being processed
Dan Friedkin has been the Everton owner since December 2024
While it is unknown what these documents may contain, the Resolution of Allotment of Securities usually refers to the issue of further shares in a company.
On top of this, the Resolution of Removal of Pre-emption Rights normally disapply pre-emption rights.
This means that the company, in this case Everton, can issue more shares to investors without needing to offer them to existing shareholders.
This comes after Everton confirmed plans last month to release further shares.

New investors a sensible move by Friedkin
Bringing in new investors can only be a good thing for Everton.
By doing this, it can help bring in more money to the Merseyside club, which in turn could help them be more flexible in the transfer market.
Hopefully, the process of finding new investors is close, given the impending release of the files.
If so, this should help the Toffees return back to where they belong in the Premier League.
