TBR Football understands that Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are leading the chase for Wolves striker Fabio Silva.
23-year-old Silva was a big name arrival at Molineux in 2020 when Wolves paid Porto over £30million – however, things have not worked out in the Black Country.
Indeed, he has spent more time out on loan than in England, having had spells with Anderlecht, PSV Eindhoven, Rangers, and most recently Las Palmas – where he impressed hugely.
Silva hit double figures in Spain last season, which has seen him become a player in demand, and TBR Football understands that a move to Germany is the most likely destination.

Dortmund are in the market for a new forward and have held talks, and we can confirm that Leipzig see him as a potential replacement for Benjamin Sesko.
Exclusive: RB Leipzig want Fabio Silva to replace Benjamin Sesko
Manchester United are closing in on Benjamin Sesko after beating Newcastle United in the race for the Slovenian international’s signature.
Once Arsenal withdrew from the Sesko race earlier this summer, it had looked likely that the 22-year-old would spend another year in the Bundesliga.
Now, RB Leipzig will accelerate plans to replace Sesko in the remaining weeks of the transfer window as chief football correspondent Graeme Bailey exclusively reveals to TBR Football that Silva is on the radar in Germany.

“Wolves are moving on from Silva, some fans have wondered if he could come back in, but his loan in Spain has seen his stock rise, and there is now a good chance they get a big chunk of money back on him, not all of it, but a lot of it.
“Silva, I am told, is keen to move to Germany and both Dortmund and Leipzig have held talks, but there are others in Europe keen on him.”
Silva captured Europe’s attention with a late winner against Barcelona in a 2-1 victory at Camp Nou, one of many notable contributions for Las Palmas as he notched 10 goals in 24 league outings in Spain.
Although his goals couldn’t help Las Palmas survive the drop in La Liga, he has certainly done enough to attract the attention of Bundesliga clubs as his spell at Molineux reaches its climax.
Fabio Silva is expected to leave Wolves this summer after a dismal stay
As Bailey states, despite supporters wondering if Silva can revive his fortunes in the West Midlands, Wolves feel that the developing interest represents the perfect opportunity to capitalise.
The one-cap Portugal international failed to register a single Premier League goal in his last two seasons at the club.
Of course, Matheus Cunha’s departure to Manchester United leaves Wolves heading into the upcoming campaign without their leading goal scorer from last season.

However, Jorgon Strand Larsen ended the season one goal behind the Brazilian and appears set to lead the line at Molineux after the decision was made to make his loan spell from Celta Vigo permanent this summer.
Hwang Hee-chan will also provide healthy competition for the Norwegian should either Leipzig or Dortmund firm up their interest in Silva.
