The $20 million defamation lawsuit filed by Jimalita Tillman against Shannon Sharpe and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson has been dismissed. Tillman, who went viral after attending a Usher concert, alleged that the two former NFL stars falsely reported details about her marital status following the release of the widely shared video.

Court filings show the case was dismissed “without an award of fees or cost to any party,” meaning neither side was ordered to pay legal fees.

In a statement to journalist Loren Lorosa following the dismissal, Tillman shared a conciliatory message about moving forward. “We look forward to future discussions about the positive contributions Mr. Sharpe and I both make to the community. I wish him, his family, and his business endeavors continued success,” she said.
