Diggs’ girl, rapper Cardi B, recently shared a TikTok video of her most expensive jewelry and showed off a $73,000 diamond-encrusted Patek Philippe Nautilus watch. According to the video, Diggs bought the watch for her as a surprise gift earlier in the offseason when they both met up at London Jewelers.

The video is definitely proof that Stefon Diggs and Cardi B are both indeed happily together after rumors started circulating some time back that the two have broken up. This was sparked because the ‘Up’ rapper went ahead and deleted all of his pictures from her Instagram. However, according to recent Instagram conversations and this recent post from the rapper, the two seem to be still going strong together.
“This is a Patek Philippe. My boo boo got it for me at London Jewelers. I went to link up with him at London Jewelers. At first I thought he was buying himself a watch and then he was like, ‘Surprise — a watch for you!’” Cardi B described the expensive watch that Stefon Diggs got for her at London Jewelers.
Stefon Diggs and Cardi B have been together for a few months now, and while their relationship is still fresh, it is definitely not free from drama. Despite all this, including many hate comments from those who dislike them together, Diggs and the rapper seem to be enjoying their time together.
