Marshawn Lynch goofs off on Seahawks sideline working as photographer

Pete Carroll wasn’t the only former Seahawk from the Super Bowl era hanging out at Lumen Field for the preseason opener on Thursday night.

Marshawn Lynch was all over the TV broadcast as his former coach brought his new team, the Las Vegas Raiders, to Seattle for a game that ended in a 23-23 tie.

Lynch was on the sideline as a credentialed photographer. He seemed to be more interested in having fun than getting players in focus, though.

One moment went viral when Lynch went Beast Mode on Seahawks running back George Holani, playfully putting a forearm into Holani’s back on the sideline after he scored a touchdown.

“You never know,” Holani said on the TV broadcast after the game. “You never expect anything like that. Expect the unexpected from Marshawn Lynch for sure.”

Did he know what was going on in the moment?

“No I didn’t,” Holani said. “Somebody had told me that after.”

Working with a camera didn’t seem to last long as Lynch made his way up to the booth and hung out on the broadcast, messing with former teammates Michael Robinson and Michael Bennett.
