Sources: ‘World-class’ star tempted to join Everton after talks with Moyes as Tfg eye double…

Everton want to sign both Manchester City forward Jack Grealish and Southampton star Tyler Dibling for David Moyes this summer, GIVEMESPORT sources understand.

The Toffees have had a disappointing transfer window so far with the arrivals of Thierno Barry, Mark Travers, Adam Aznou and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall confirmed, while Charly Alcaraz's loan move from Flamengo has also been made permanent.

But Moyes has been very vocal in public about what he deemed to be a lack of business so far following a tricky pre-season, but The Friedkin Group have been busy in recent weeks trying to satisfy his needs for new attackers. Now it has emerged that they are chasing several at the same time as they want to bring them all in.

Everton Want Grealish and Dibling

The Blues are preparing to move into their new Hill Dickinson Stadium this season, and have identified new wingers as a priority for the transfer window.

The club have been locked in talks with Southampton for teenage sensation Tyler Dibling and have so far had two bids rejected, with the Saints wanting a guaranteed £45m with add-ons taking the deal up to £50m.

That has seen the Toffees also open talks with Manchester City for superstar winger Jack Grealish, with the hope of securing the England international on a season-long loan deal. But GIVEMESPORT sources can now reveal that it's not a case of signing one or the other, as Everton want both players this summer.

Sources understand that Moyes is demanding numbers for squad depth and believes having game-changing ability at his disposal in the squad is crucial.

Club chiefs have paid very close attention to 19-year-old Dibling, but so far have struggled to convince the Saints to drop their asking price below £50m. Talks are still ongoing, and they haven't given up yet, but a deal is believed to be tricky.

Meanwhile, there have been persuasive talks with Grealish, who has been described as "world-class" by Paul Dickov, and his camp, and Moyes' style of management and the role he wants him to play has started to convince the player that it could be a good move for him. Sources understand that there is still some way to go before a deal can be completed though.

A deal for Dewsbury-Hall was completed for around £29m quickly after talks with Chelsea, and Everton are also looking to add Brazil star Douglas Luiz to their squad as they look to bolster the midfield before the September 1st deadline.
