Since returning from his loan spell in Spain, most of the chatter around Fabio Silva seems to suggest an exit from Wolves, but a new post by the Portuguese striker has fans confused.
Fabio Silva hasn’t lived up to his £35 million price tag since arriving at Molineux five years ago. He has five goals in 72 appearances, spending most of his years as a Wolves player out on loan.
His most recent stint abroad was by far his most successful. Despite Las Palmas being relegated from La Liga, Silva’s individual performances were quite good, as he bagged ten goals in 24 appearances.

But since returning, the only talk about the 23-year-old has been destinations and fees. All the more reason for fans to be confused by his recent Instagram story.
Fabio Silva shares picture with Wolves teammates captioned ‘Winning team’
Silva remains in full training with the group despite persistent rumours of an exit.
While training during negotiations isn’t odd in itself, some fans are speculating over the caption used in the photo.
Silva seems to have his attention on Wolves and now the idea of him staying starts to form.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
It’s not like Wolves need him gone. If anything, the striker department could do with an extra body, but with other attackers attracting Wolves’ interest and Silva’s playstyle not totally suited to England, a sale seems the logical move.
And there appear to be no shortage of suitors.
Plenty of clubs are looking at Fabio Silva
In Germany alone, there are a handful of clubs looking at the Wolves attacker. RB Leipzig are aggressively pursuing Silva after the sale of Benjamin Sesko, while Borussia Dortmund have also made multiple offers.
It emerged that Silva prefers a move to Roma, even though they are bidding less than other clubs. Whether Silva has enough power to control the move remains to be seen.

Other clubs linked include Villareal, Stuttgart, Eintracht Frankfurt and former teammate Goncalo Guedes’ new club, Real Sociedad.
No shortage of suitors indeed. However, this saga has been dragging on, and the club and player need to make their decisions soon to allow ample time to organise a replacement before the window closes.
