The Brazilian trickster, who arrived from Girona, did make a positive impact in his debut campaign at the Etihad Stadium, but with Pep Guardiola adding the mercurial French talent Rayan Cherki to his ranks earlier this summer, the 21-year-old may struggle for regular opportunities in the 2025/26 season.
Now, according to an exclusive report from TBR Football, Tottenham Hotspur have been offered the chance to sign Savinho by intermediaries. The north Londoners are understood to appreciate the forward and would be open to signing him if Manchester City are to make him available this summer.
“Savinho has come up in conversations and put to Tottenham – at this point it is not envisaged that Savinho would leave City, but he is a player that Spurs have liked, if he became available, could be an interesting option,” revealed TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey.

Savinho showed glimpses of his potential at Man City and is only going to get better with time, age and experience. A fleet-footed, unpredictable left-footed winger, the South American can operate on both flank and through the middle as a No.10, and such flexibility is exactly what Frank needs across his attacking ranks after losing Son and Maddison (injury).
It is not yet known whether City would be ready to part ways with the young Brazilian after just one season. And if they do, they’d ask for top dollar, which would then become a question of how ambitious Daniel Levy can become to get Savinho to north London. Should an opportunity arise, Levy must not think twice before pouncing.
