Targets: Alexander Isak, Eberechi Eze, Rodrygo and Benjamin Sesko

With less than a week until the new Premier League season, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are all looking to make statement signings. Benjamin Sesko will be unveiled at Old Trafford today after completing his two-part medical on Friday, while the club are also weighing up a move for Brighton star Carlos Baleba as they look to ship out Alejandro Garnacho and Ramus Hojlund.

Arsenal remain active in the transfer market as they look to further strengthen their attack. Eberechi Eze is the dream target, and Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner was unable to guarantee the player will be staying put, though his £68m release clause expires next week, so a loan move for Real Madrid's Rodrygo is being explored. Interest remains in Anthony Gordon.

Chelsea are leading the race for Garnacho, and will re-enter the market for a centre-back after Levi Colwill suffered an ACL injury. Tottenham are expected to do the same after James Maddison own serious knee injury, and have interest in Nico Paz. Liverpool are set to launch a second bid for Alexander Isak as Darwin Nunez heads to Saudi Arabia. Follow the latest transfer news, gossip and rumours live below!

Enzo Maresca said he is prioritising signing a new defender after Levi Colwill underwent surgery on an ACL injury this week.

Colwill played a key role for the Blues last season and at the Club World Cup, but is now set to miss most of next season after he was injured in training this week.

Chelsea have already spent in excess of £200million on new players this summer, but Maresca said Chelsea will likely dip back into the market as he looks to bolster his backline in Colwill’s absence.

“Levi is a fantastic player. What we achieved last season is because of him. He played a lot of games with me, I love him. We are going to miss him.

Benjamin Sesko has completed his Manchester United medical and contract signing, and is set to be unveiled on the Old Trafford pitch today ahead of his new team’s pre-season friendly against Fiorentina.

United will also play a friendly against selling club RB Leipzig in Germany at some stage as part of their deal for the 22-year-old.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner is unwilling to guarantee that Eberechi Eze will still be at the club beyond the summer transfer window.

Arsenal remain interested in Eze, whose £68million release clause expires on August 15, having held talks with the player's representatives earlier this summer. Standard Sport understands the Gunners may need to make space in the squad before moving for the England international.

Tottenham have long been linked with interest in Eze, and are expected to enter the transfer market for a No10 following James Maddison's knee injury.

Eddie Howe has provided an update on Alexander Isak, with the player still training alone amid transfer interest from Liverpool.

He said: “We’ve had discussions & it’s clear at the moment we can’t have him involved with the group. I don’t know how long that will be for. It’s clear I can’t involve him with the team at the moment.

“He is training later than the rest of the squad. There have been discussions since the tour. I don’t think disciplinary action has happened.

“He is here, so of course he has a future at Newcastle. From our perspective, we would love to have him back with the team, but the situation has to be right for that to happen."

Newcastle are preparing a fresh bid for Brentford's all-time top Premier League goalscorer as they look at replacements for Liverpool target Alexander Isak.

It comes amid ongoing transfer speculation surrounding the trio, with Grealish attracting interest from the likes of Everton and possibly Tottenham, who could snap the England international up on loan.

Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace are among the clubs interested in England’s U21 Euro-winning captain James McAtee, meanwhile, and Ortega is also expected to leave the Etihad after the arrival of goalkeeper James Trafford from Burnley.
