Lions-Falcons preseason Benjamin Raven

ATLANTA -- Hendon Hooker started this week’s preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons, but it didn’t make much of a difference for the Detroit Lions backup quarterback’s performance.

Before we discuss the on-field action, the game was suspended after the first play of the fourth quarter, with the Lions leading 17-10. Lions safety Morice Norris was seriously injured and taken to the hospital via ambulance, where he stayed overnight. The Lions report that he is in stable condition and has movement and feeling in all of his extremities.
