Joe Cole has made two big predictions involving Manchester City striker Erling Haaland and City academy graduate Cole Palmer.
Manchester City have bolstered their ranks considerably this summer, bringing in a host of top players including some in the early stages of their senior careers.
The Citizens’ summer business complements an already strong squad that has been completely revamped with a number of departures.
However, City will be mindful of the threat provided by Chelsea and Palmer, who has gone from strength to strength since leaving the Citizens.

How Rayan Cherki could supercharge Erling Haaland
Although Haaland has always posted ridiculous numbers, he is now set to be matched up with a serial ammunition provider in Cherki.
Cherki is excited to play with Erling Haaland this season, and with good reason. Cherki is an assist machine while Haaland is as clinical as they come.
The French star produced 13 goals and 21 assists with Lyon throughout the previous campaign, and it’ll be exciting to see how he fares in a much stronger team.
“Of course!” Cherki told the City media team when asked if he is excited to play with Haaland. “We know that when I’m in the zone, I don’t hold back.
“So, I’m excited to help him score even more goals because I’m confident he’ll score plenty when I deliver the passes.
“I am also impatient to play a game in the Etihad in front of our fans with my teammates. I am ready.”
