Former England and Newcastle star Alan Shearer, has shared his predictions on where Arsenal and other top Premier clubs will finish in the 2025/26 season.
Shearer, while on punditry duties for GiveMeSport, recently tipped Arsenal to narrowly miss out on the Premier League title again for the fourth consecutive season.
According to Shearer, Liverpool will defend their title, with Arsenal finishing as runners-up.
Manchester City and Chelsea will complete the top four, while Newcastle United will secure the fifth spot.
Arsenal have made significant progress in recent seasons and will be hoping to consolidate on their progress this season with a major trophy.
The Gunners were forced to wait yet again, though, with a mixture of injuries, suspensions and poor performances costing the team at key moments and landing the team in their third finish in a row, which has only happened once in Arsenal history.
Arsenal legend Arsene Wenger finished second in the 1998-1999, 1999-2000 and 2000-2001 campaigns
The Gunners went on to win the Premier League at the fourth time of asking, finishing seven points clear of Liverpool in second and ten points ahead of Manchester United in third. The club not withstanding Alan Shearers prediction will hope to repeat history.
The club has been very busy in the transfer market this summer, splashing in excess of £190 million on top players in this current window.

The club has landed Kepa Arrizabalaga, Christian Norgaard, Cristhian Mosquera, Martin Zubimendi, and Viktor Gyokeres in their bid to strengthen their squad to compete for major trophies next season.
Shearer’s predicted top five is based on his analysis of the teams’ performances last season and their summer transfer activity.
