LE: What it is like competing against guys like Maxx Crosby in practice?

CR: "It's very interesting because, I say this a lot, this business becomes very casual. On the way, you transition into a different space where no one cares about your aura or who you are. It's an awesome experience. It's great to get to around these type of high-level guys where you can pick their brains and have these conversations with them and try to adapt yourself to the same type of way. But at the same time, we all are our own men. Maxx Crosby is showing me the blueprint, but I'm not going to follow him around and try to do everything he does and be him, because I'm not. But he's giving me the blueprint."
