Ball goes into the fight on an impressive 22-0-1 (13 KOs) record, but his opponent is on an equally stellar unbeaten run of 20-0-0 (8 KOs). It will mark the third time Ball will fight to keep his WBA crown and comes just hours after his beloved Liverpool FC begin their own title defence.
The Reds are set to face Bournemouth in their opening Premier League fixture, hosting The Cherries at Anfield on August 15. DAZN prides itself as being ‘the global home of boxing’ and Ball vs Goodman is just one of hundreds of fights available on the service.

DAZN is available on a range of devices including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, games consoles, streaming devices and any device with a web browser. We reviewed the DAZN platform earlier this year and were impressed by its ease of use and smooth streaming, but found it occasionally lagged when streaming on an iPhone 13.
