The 2025-26 Premier League season is just around the corner as London’s clubs put the final touches on their pre-campaign preparations.
Arsenal will be hoping to go one better after finishing second for the last three years while Chelsea will feel they can put themselves in the title picture after a busy summer that saw them win the Club World Cup.
For Tottenham, improvement is needed under new boss Thomas Frank after Spurs finished 17th under Ange Postecoglou last time out. They will play Champions League football, though, after winning the Europa League.
West Ham have their first full season under Graham Potter and will be keen to improve on last term’s 14th place finish. Brentford, Fulham and Crystal Palace finished 10th, 11th and 12th last time out - can any of those sides make a push for Europe this term?
Ahead of the new season, Alan Shearer has made his predictions for where every side will finish. Telling Betfair, he said: “I think we’re in for another competitive season, and I can’t wait for it to get started. I’ve made my 1-20 predictions, but I'm sure that we'll need to revisit this at the end of August…”
