Thiago Pitarch has become the hottest sensation at Real Madrid right now, especially after starring in the recently closed-door friendly against Leganes.

The teenage midfield sensation notably scored a goal and produced a stellar performance that has left Xabi Alonso and his team mightily impressed.

In light of his recent display, Pitarch has offered his reaction on social media through a post on Instagram.

“Very happy to have fulfilled a dream – my debut in the 1st team of the best club in the world, and my goal. A day I will never forget,” he said.

“It’s an honor to have been able to live this experience surrounded by the best, I’ll keep working and giving everything for this shirt so that better things will come,” he added.

Pitarch’s performance comes at a time when Real Madrid are desperately looking for young and talented players to add more depth in the first-team.

The youngster went on to thank his family and friends for supporting him in this journey.

“Thanks to my family for always being with me, also to my friends and colleagues because without them none of this would have happened,” he said.

Given his exceptional performances in the youth level, Xabi Alonso is now reportedly considering calling up Pitarch for the team’s upcoming friendly against WSG Tirol in Austria.

Talking about the road ahead, Pitarch hinted that an exciting year awaits the youngster, especially if he can continue his momentum.

“We keep preparing the pre-season so it’ll be a very nice year. Hala Madrid,” he concluded.

It will be interesting to see if Pitarch can live up to the hype as Real Madrid prepare for the friendly against Tirol.

If the midfielder continues to impress, his road to the first-team could get a lot easier, especially with Real Madrid struggling with quality depth in the attacking midfield slot.
