Wolves fans clapped eyes on David Moller Wolfe for the first time on Saturday in the team’s final pre-season match against Celta Vigo.
Wanderers lost 1-0 against the Spanish outfit, meaning it’s officially zero victories in pre-season heading into the new season.
As we know, results are not the be all and end all.
But Wolves’ performance levels have been cause for concern, and the uninspiring display that was on show yesterday has left many feeling concerned.
Wolves now have a huge week ahead of them in the transfer market.
It is clear that a few more new signings are needed if Wolves are to avoid struggling this season.
But at least those that have already come in have looked fairly decent, with David Moller Wolfe the latest to make his debut for Wolves.

MORE WOLVES STORIES
The Norway international has been brought in after the sale of Rayan Ait-Nouri, and it is hoped that he will prove to be a solid successor to the Algerian.
On his debut against Celta Vigo, Moller Wolfe played 45 minutes and looked decent.
He did not pull up trees, but there were positive moments, including nice touches and some advances down the left side. It seems the plan will be to have Moller Wolfe used almost as a winger when Wolves have the ball.
But there was an injury scare when Moller Wolfe took a hard fall. He then went off at half-time, prompting concern that he had been replaced as concussion substitute.
Such a thing would have put his availability against Manchester City in doubt, but journalist Liam Keen has eased those fears.
He told the E&S: “He took a blow to the head, I just want to clear this up first of all, because we were concerned thinking if he’s got a concussion here there’s going to be a protocol and he’s going to miss the Man City game.
“He looked uncomfortable as well. But he came off at half-time, and then that makes us a little bit more worried.
“I’ve interviewed the player, as well as asking the club. The player says he was always meant to come off at half-time anyway. That was always the plan because he’s not played for a little while.
“And also speaking to the club, they say there’s no injury, no concussion. So he should be fit and fine to play (against Man City).”
Moller Wolfe has a tough first test in Man City
So Moller Wolfe will be available to play against Manchester City and make his debut, which is good news.
But undoubtedly, tests don’t come much tougher than Manchester City, even though he’ll get great support making his Premier League debut at Molineux.
Moller Wolfe will potentially be coming up against one of Omar Marmoush or Jeremy Doku.
Marmoush has already proven himself as a very dangerous player for City after signing for them back in January, and we all know that Doku can be a nightmare for any full-back to deal with.
But failing those two, Moller Wolfe could also face other talented players like Phil Foden, Rayan Cherki or Oscar Bobb.
So certainly, it will be a chance for Moller Wolfe to instantly endear himself to the Molineux faithful.
