Everton remain active in the summer transfer window as David Moyes looks to bolster his ranks ahead of the fast-approaching 2025/26 Premier League season.
Everton are exploring a number of deals, with Southampton winger Tyler Dibling heavily linked to Finch Farm.
Dibling was left out of Saints’ squad on Saturday after handing in a transfer request, so that deal looks like it could accelerate over the coming days.
John McGinn has also emerged on Moyes’ radar, and it’s been widely reported that the Toffees have submitted a bid.

Everton considering bid for Kellen Fisher
Everton were trying to sign Kenny Tete on a free transfer, with the Fulham right-back looking set to leave Craven Cottage.
However, Tete extended his stay with the West Londoners, so Moyes has remained in the market for a new right-back to provide Jake O’Brien and Nathan Patterson with competition.

Now, according to Pete O’Rourke, it’s claimed that Everton are considering a bid for Norwich City full-back Kellen Fisher.
Fisher, who celebrated his 21st birthday in May, has impressed in the Championship and with England’s under-20s.
Kellen Fisher’s remarkable rise
Fisher actually started out in non-league with Bromley FC before having spells at Wellington United and Cray Wanderers.
His breakout came during the 2022/23 season in the National League, when he helped Bromley to a play-off campaign before being knocked out by Chesterfield.
That earned the then-teenager a £100,000 transfer to the Canaries and he’s gone from strength to strength since then.
A story that deserves more attention so far this season is Kellen Fisher at Norwich City.
He came through the Bromley academy, local to him in south-east London, where he broke into the first team as an 18-year-old in the National League a couple of seasons ago. Before that, he… pic.twitter.com/bfouvlKKW0

Indeed, if Everton were to land Fisher’s signature, it would be a big jump, but there is no pressure to become a starter right from the off with O’Brien expected to retain his spot.
