**Brendan Rodgers has made one change to the Celtic side that beat St Mirren last week for today’s match at Aberdeen.**
James Forrest replaces Yang Hyun-jun on the right wing, there is no place in the matchday squad for Jahmai Simpson-Pusey who has signed on loan from Manchester City during the week.
Forrest was something of a game changer in the SPFL opener when he replaced Yang and was heavily involved in the goal scored by Luke McCowan, the former Dundee man remains on the bench for today’s match.
Aberdeen started their SPFL campaign with a 2-0 defeat away to Hearts, a win at Pittodrie would put Celtic into top place with Livingston currently sitting there with four points from six matches.
John Beaton will referee today’s match with Andrew Dallas monitoring the action in the VAR studio.
