Altay Bayindir believes Manchester United have "very good energy" in the dressing room ahead of the new season.
United will begin the 2024/2025 Premier League against Arsenal at Old Trafford next weekend, and Ruben Amorim is hoping to get off to a fast start after a dismal first season in charge.
Amorim has been backed with the signings of Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, Benjamin Sesko and Diego Leon this summer. United's head coach has also banished the 'bomb squad' from his roster.
The mood during the United States pre-season tour was high and a handful of different players discussed the high morale.
Speaking to club media after facing Fiorentina on Saturday, Bayindir was the latest to praise the feeling in the dressing room. "We had a good preparation with the team," he said.
"We are working every day and had a good time in America to improve ourselves. We continue work and I hope we can win the next game.
"Our team is ready for every game now. We have to be together on the pitch and we will fight for our fans. They have to support us always. They are already doing these things and it's very important energy for us. when we are feeling they are all behind us.
"If you want to be a team, it has to be all the players and staff together, everyone. And in America we did these things. We have a very good energy [in the dressing room] and we want to keep it."
When asked about Arsenal, Bayindir said: "For us, it doesn't matter which team we will play. We already know every game is important in the Premier League and this week we will work for Arsenal. Then step by step prepare ourselves."
United lifted the Snapdragon Cup by defeating Fiorentina on penalties. "It's a very good feeling to save a penalty. When you feel you can help your team, it's a great feeling," said Bayindir.
Bayindir could start the opening game of the campaign against Arsenal on Sunday due to fitness concerns with Andre Onana, who has been recovering from a hamstring injury this summer.
However, Onana is understood to be confident of regaining fitness in time to feature against Arsenal.
