Fulham have tabled a second offer for Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin, [according to Fabrizio Romano](https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1954643374922735742).
The Whites have already had one bid rejected for the talented 22 year-old, who is also interesting Napoli, and the Ukrainian outfit have reportedly placed a £43.3m valuation on their coveted Sao-Paolo born star. Fulham’s bid is worth an initial £32m but also includes around £10m in performance related add-ons and it remains to be seen whether this will be accepted.
The Daily Mirror’s Ryan Taylor reported yesterday that Kevin was not interested in moving to Craven Cottage.
