Recently, the joke was on Luke Bryan when the five-time Entertainer of the Year attempted to moonwalk onstage in Pennsylvania. “I think I pulled my left nut sack,” Bryan admitted.
This time, however, the “Country Girl” singer, 49, flipped the script on the audience when he pulled the ultimate prank in Massachusetts.
Luke Bryan: “He Only Plays Golf With Morgan Wallen”
Tom Brady needs no introduction — anywhere, really, but especially not in New England. On Saturday (Aug. 9) the New England Patriots unveiled a 12-foot bronze statue of the seven-time Super Bowl champ outside Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
A day earlier, Luke Bryan played a show at the Xfinity Center just up the road in Mansfield. At one point, the American Idol judge began chanting, “TB 12! TB 12!” Picking up what he was putting down, the crowd took up the chant. (Brady’s jersey number with the Patriots was 12.)
As the crowd rose to a fever pitch, Bryan shouted, “And welcome to the stage, Tom Brady! Y’all give it up!”
Just as the audience’s excitement reached an all-time high, the “Mind of a Country Boy” singer brought it all crashing down. “I’m just f—ing with y’all,” Bryan admitted.
As the cheers turned to jeers, the “One Margarita” crooner conceded, “Oh, that is so wrong for me to do that to y’all.”
Still, he couldn’t help but ask, “Who did I get? Who did I get?”
Taking inventory of the raised hands, Bryan said, “All right, I’m sorry. You know, he only plays golf with Morgan Wallen. I can’t get him on the phone.”
The legendary NFL quarterback admitted to getting “his ass kicked” in a May 2025 matchup with the “I’m the Problem” star.

“He Had Me”: Fans React to Country Star’s Epic Prank
As footage from the Massachusetts show made the rounds on social media, many Luke Bryan fans admitted that they had, in fact, been snowed.
“He had me for a second,” one fan wrote on TikTok.
Another added, “My husband got to his feet so fast when he said that.”
