Wolves made some big changes earlier this summer – and the hope is that those changes will benefit the club in the transfer window.
It has been a turbulent summer at Wolves and it is safe to say that, currently, a lot of fans are nervous about the season ahead.
So far, just three new players have arrived. But a host of players have left.
Wolves now have a huge week ahead in the transfer window, with the opening game with Manchester City taking place on Saturday.
And one man who will likely be very busy in these coming days is Domenico Teti, who came in in place of Matt Hobbs.
Not too much is known about Teti, but last night journalist Johnny Phillips shared how he’s been getting on since his arrival.

Teti came to Wolves in June, and is the director of professional football at the club.
He came in to that role, after Matt Hobbs left Wolves following the dissolution of his sporting director role.

Teti has a say in transfers, but also serves as a link between Vitor Pereira and Jeff Shi.
Teti hasn’t really spoken too much since his arrival at the club.
But it seems he’s made an impression according to Johnny Phillips, who appeared on the Always Wolves Fan TV (Dazzling Dave) YouTube channel last night.
He said: “Domenico Teti, I’ve heard, has made a very positive influence around the training ground. With obviously the players. But he’s been very keen to learn what’s going on around the club structurally and administratively and is very keen to get on board with everything on that front.
“He’s made a good impression with the player staff, a good impression with the administration staff, good impression with the management obviously.
“Pereira was allowed to bring in Teti and two coaches as well. So it would be some turnaround for him to be about to walk out, having been given the opportunity to bring in his own staff, all on contracts, for him to suddenly decide that it’s not what was sold.
“I’ve not heard he’s (Pereira) going to walk. But I know for a fact the wants more (players) in. He absolutely can’t go in with what he’s got at the moment.”
A huge week coming up at Wolves for Teti
Wolves fans will now hopefully see Teti deliver in a big way for Wolves.
At the moment, the squad is nowhere near ready, and that game with City is looking an even more daunting prospect.

Teti is very involved in transfers at Wolves now, and he now has the chance to really enhance his reputation externally, as well as internally.
At least two more new players in before Saturday’s game would be ideal.
It’s been a difficult summer for Wolves, but there is still time remaining before the window actually closes for the club to boast a competitive squad.
