Fenerbahce have made an enquiry and submitted an official offer for Oleksandr Zinchenko, with talks progressing quickly, according to a report.

Turkish reporter Sercan Hamzaoglu initially reported on Sunday that Fenerbahce had enquired about Oleksandr Zinchenko’s situation at Arsenal, with club sporting director Devin Ozek holding a meeting in England with the player and Andrea Berta.
The Gunners reportedly set an asking price of €15m, but added that if Fenerbahce could reach an agreement with Zinchenko, they would facilitate the deal.
Ozek informed Zinchenko that Jose Mourinho is keen to sign him, with the intention to use him as a midfielder.

Hamzaoglu then gave an update on Monday morning that Fenerbahce had submitted an official offer to Arsenal for Zinchenko, with negotiations between the parties progressing quickly.
The bid reports are yet to be picked up by the English media, and it’s worth waiting to see what happens on that front before getting too invested in the idea of the move.
The Turkish media have a habit of linking Arsenal players with moves to their country on a regular basis, with very few deals actually panning out.

Fenerbahce were heavily linked with Leandro Trossard in Turkey in July, but those claims were shot down almost everywhere else.
Yet Chris Wheatley of The Sporting News did confirm that Fenerbahce have at least made an enquiry about Zinchenko, so perhaps there’s something more in this one.
