Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement with Bournemouth for the transfer of Illia Zabarnyi.
The Champions League winners have been pursuing the 22-year-old for the majority of the summer, with Bournemouth reluctant to part ways with another key defender following the departures of Dean Huijsen and Milos Kerkez.
However, Zabarnyi made it clear that he wants to try a fresh challenge, forcing Bournemouth to reconsider their transfer stance.
According to Sky Sports News, PSG have now reached a 'total agreement' with the Cherries for Zabarnyi's signature.
The deal is worth a guaranteed €63m (£54.5m) plus add-ons, with Zabarnyi now set to discuss personal terms with the Ligue 1 champions.
Zabarnyi, who has already travelled to France to undergo his medical, is set to bid farewell to the Cherries after making 86 competitive appearances during his two-year stay on the south coast.

Bournemouth reach Diakite agreement
While Zabarnyi is set to leave the Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth are on the verge of welcoming Bafode Diakite as his replacement.
As per Sky Sports News, the Cherries have struck an agreement with Lille to sign the defender for €35m (£30.3m) plus €5m (£4.3m) in add-ons.
The update claims that Bournemouth feel that Diakite has all the attributes to make an 'impact in the Premier League', as the Cherries look to match and build upon last season's top-half finish.
The defender has travelled to England to undergo his medical before becoming the latest member of Andoni Iraola's squad.
Diakite will primarily play as a centre-back for the Cherries, but he also possesses the ability to move over to right-back when required.
The 24-year-old has featured in 112 competitive matches since he joined Lille from Toulouse in the summer of 2022.

Akpom joins Ipswich on loan following Birmingham snub
In the Championship, Ipswich Town have confirmed the loan signing of Chuba Akpom from Dutch giants Ajax.
Akpom was involved in a dramatic transfer saga, which involved the Championship trio of Birmingham City, Middlesbrough and Ipswich.
According to The Sun, Birmingham looked set to sign Akpom on loan after fending off interest from Middlesbrough.
However, Ipswich quickly moved to hijack the deal, and while Birmingham changed their offer to a permanent transfer, Akpom informed Ajax that he wanted to join Kieran McKenna's side.
Ipswich have signed Akpom on a season-long loan, with an obligation to buy for a reported £7m if the club secure an immediate return to the Premier League.
“I was really excited when I heard of the interest and I’m delighted to have joined a club with such big ambitions," Akpom told TownTV.
“I watch a lot of football and have always thought Ipswich would suit my style, so this move makes perfect sense."
Akpom could make his debut when Ipswich Town head on the road for Tuesday's EFL Cup tie against League Two Bromley.
