Everton are set to sign Jack Grealish from Manchester City this summer.
Grealish, 28, is set to move to Merseyside on a season-long loan deal with the Toffees, which includes an option to buy for £50million next summer.
The winger’s role at the Etihad has been reduced to that of a benchwarmer, which has also cost him his England place, and he will look to impress at the Hill Dickinson Stadium to help his chances of making it to the World Cup.
The former Aston Villa man’s arrival also has implications for any deal for fellow winger Tyler Dibling, and Giulia Bould has given an update on his proposed move up north.

Everton walk away from Dibling deal
Everton’s pursuit of Dibling appears to have ended as they have walked away from negotiations.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
Bould has reported via X that the Toffees have decided to move on to other targets after failing to agree on a fee for the 19-year-old with Southampton.
The Saints have rejected three bids for Dibling from Everton this summer, with the latest being worth around £40m.
Southampton are holding out for £50m to let the winger go, which has ultimately made the Merseysiders look elsewhere, along with the addition of Grealish.
Dibling has two years left on his current Southampton contract, which could lead Everton to return later down the line should the 19-year-old not renew or sign elsewhere.
Grealish is better for Everton right now than Dibling
The Saints academy graduate is a talented player and would fix any issues on the wing for the Toffees in the future.
However, Everton are in a transition period, and a 28-year-old Grealish is ultimately a more ready-made player for David Moyes’ side than a 19-year-old Dibling, despite the City winger enduring back-to-back bad seasons.

If the young star becomes available at a more feasible price at a later time, then this deal could be revived, especially with Grealish’s high buy-out clause.
