A first-team Manchester United exile under Ruben Amorim has now received another opportunity to leave Old Trafford this summer, according to reports in Italy.
Ruben Amorim has already made his feelings clear in offloading Manchester United first-team players who are surplus to requirements at Old Trafford this summer.
The 40-year-old United manager has already overseen one high-profile departure from the Premier League club, with Marcus Rashford signing for Barcelona in July.
Joining United loanee Marcus Rashford on the Old Trafford chopping block has been the likes of Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia.
Amorim has rolled out the first phase of his United squad overhaul after a poor 2024-25 Premier League season, with the Red Devils finishing 15th in the table.
United want to free up their existing wages and recoup any possible transfer fee for select Red Devils players before the summer transfer window shuts in September.

Juventus-linked Jadon Sancho has been handed a new lifeline transfer opportunity away from Man Utd this summer
Jadon Sancho returned to Manchester United in the summer transfer window after the former England international’s permanent move to Chelsea collapsed.
The 25-year-old United winger had spent the entirety of the 2024-25 Premier League season on loan at the Blues, but Sancho is not part of Ruben Amorim’s plan.
Sancho has been linked with Juventus and the Serie A club have shown an interest in signing him, but a move for the former Chelsea attacker has not materialised.
Journalist Alfredo Pedulla has now revealed that Serie A outfit Roma could rival Juventus in the race to sign United outcast Sancho before the window shuts.
He revealed on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, that Roma have ‘inquired about the costs’ and ‘pressed further’ with United about signing Sancho on Sunday.

Jadon Sancho’s current position at Man Utd amid the transfer interest from Roma and Juventus in the ex-Chelsea star
Alfredo Pedulla added that Sancho has so far ‘rejected everything’ and the former Borussia Dortmund star is still ‘waiting’ for Juventus to make a formal approach.
It is believed that Juventus’ interest in the United attacker has ‘continued to stall,’ with the Red Devils holding out for a fee of around £22m (€25m) for Sancho.
Another stumbling block has been Sancho’s mammoth United wages, with the ex-Borussia Dortmund ace earning a reported £300,000-per-week at Old Trafford.
According to Pedulla on Sunday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Besiktas side had made an approach for Sancho and the Red Devils winger said ‘no’ to a move to the club.
Sancho is out of contract with United next summer and the former Three Lions international has made 83 appearances for the club and scored only 12 times.
