Benjamin Sesko‘irresistibly’did something in‘final’moments of his first Man Utd training session, it speaks volumes

Benjamin Sesko showed his true nature during the closing stages of the former RB Leipzig striker’s first-ever training session at Manchester United since his summer move.

The 22-year-old Slovenian forward immediately found himself in Manchester United first-team training only a day after his stunning transfer was announced last week.

United completed the signing of Benjamin Sesko on Saturday and the ex-RB Leipzig ace was presented to United fans ahead of the Fiorentina match at Old Trafford.

Following United’s penalty shootout win over Fiorentina on the weekend, Sesko was immediately put through his paces at the Carrington training complex on Sunday.

Sesko has been a key United signing and Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim had been eager to land a new striking option ahead of the 2025-26 Premier League season.

United landed Sesko from German outfit Leipzig ahead of Newcastle for an initial fee of £66.3m, with add-ons for the Slovenia international taking the deal up to £73.7m.

Benjamin Sesko showed two important things during his Man Utd training session at Carrington

Benjamin Sesko arrived at Old Trafford at the end of the first pre-season campaign for the Premier League club under Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim.

It remains to be seen whether Amorim will immediately choose to start ex-RB Leipzig star Sesko against Arsenal on the opening Premier League weekend of the season.

United’s encounter with Fiorentina marked the end of their pre-season tour of the summer and the Red Devils kick off their new campaign on Sunday at Old Trafford.

Isaac Stacey Stronge shared the key details from Sesko’s first United training session on Sunday and the summer signing fully appeared in his element at Carrington.

He revealed on Manchester United’s official website that Sesko “stayed on the sidelines” after training and took the opportunity to “chat with coaches and staff.”

Isaac Stacey Stronge said the United striker was settling “into his new surroundings” and spoke with staff amid “longstanding squad members” doing their “final sprints.”

Benjamin Sesko’s full personality was on display at Carrington after what the Man Utd summer signing did

Sesko did not pass up the opportunity to do a bit of showboating and the former RB Salzburg striker showed his bravado right at the end of the United training session.

According to Isaac Stacey Stronge, the United summer signing “irresistibly” took the opportunity to show “some final tricks” before the “final debriefs” at Carrington.

Sesko was “juggling a spare ball” that had been left out from the first-team training and the forward “let off some characteristically powerful shots” at an open net.

The United striker ‘spotted’ that a cameraman had been “tracking his movements” and the Slovenia star produced a cheeky “smile” before signing off his training.

United and Arsenal’s Premier League clash at Old Trafford is slated for a 4:30pm UK kick-off time on Sunday.
