18yo Man Utd talent'attracting loan interest'from 15 clubs, Amorim gave him his debut

Manchester United are focused on sending their young talents out on loan this summer.

Harry Amass is one of the most highly-rated teenagers at Man United and is expected to leave on loan this summer.

According to The Athletic, Amass is attracting loan interest from several Championship and European clubs, with around 15 suitors in touch.

United consider his temporary exit a development opportunity.

They will meticulously weigh up his potential game time in selecting his next destination.

Since arriving from Watford in the summer of 2023, Amass has continually caught the eye of staff at Carrington with his technical ability.

Many expected him to break out under Erik ten Hag but the Dutchman felt Amass was not physically strong enough to compete in the Premier League.

He made his senior debut under Ruben Amorim in a commanding 3–0 win over Leicester City last season.

The 18-year-old featured six more times, displaying his sky-high potential.

He was also formally recognised with Man United’s Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award in May.

Despite his attacking flair, Amass needs to grow stronger to withstand the physical demands of the Premier League.

He was omitted from the pre-season tour to the United States with a clear plan to find him the right loan move this summer.

A temporary switch to a Championship club will be a perfect litmus test for the young sensation.

With Patrick Dorgu and Diego Leon battling for the first-choice left wing-back spot, Amass should look to prove himself elsewhere and return ready to knock loudly on Amorim’s door next season.

The Red Devils have already sent many of their wonderkids like Ethan Wheatley, Jack Moorhouse, Radek Vitek on loan for the 2025-26 season.
