Cole Palmer will undoubtedly be Chelsea’s danger man when Enzo Maresca’s side take on Crystal Palace this Sunday.
Chelsea have a really talented attack, consisting of the likes of Joao Pedro and Pedro Neto.
Pedro has won plenty of acclaim since joining Chelsea from Brighton & Hove Albion last month, scoring in both of the Blues’ friendlies against AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen.
However, Palmer is still the team’s talisman and someone Oliver Glasner has warned Palace about in the past.

Oliver Glasner thinks Cole Palmer is a ‘great player’ between the lines
In the same fixture last season, Palace were actually able to limit Palmer’s threat. The attacking midfielder failed to score and Glasner’s side ended up leaving Stamford Bridge with a point after drawing 1-1.
It was Nicolas Jackson who grabbed the Blues’ goal before Eberechi Eze scored a brilliant equaliser for the visitors.
Before the game, though, Glasner hailed Palmer as a “great player” and warned his team where the 23-year-old could hurt them.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, which was relayed by Palace’s official club website, the Austrian said: “Palmer we know between the lines, with his left foot, great player.”
Maresca is likely to be without Jackson this time around so will need Palmer and Chelsea’s other attackers to deliver the goods. Jackson is currently training by himself ahead of a potential exit this summer.

What Chelsea’s attack could look like on Sunday
Palmer is a shoo-in to start against Palace and will get opportunities to take up positions between the lines as the No.10.
You would also expect Pedro to be named in the starting XI as the No.9 after the impact that he has made, with Neto and Jamie Gittens perhaps flanking him.
On the bench, Chelsea could also have Liam Delap and Estevao Willian, so there is a lot for Glasner to worry about.
After beating Premier League champions Liverpool in the Community Shield on penalties, though, Palace should have a lot of confidence going into the game. It will not be an easy fixture for the Club World Cup winners.
