Roig also says that his club are willing to offer season-ticket holders free travel and admittance to the game if they decide to jet out to the United States to watch the match.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity,” he told reporters at a press conference. “I imagine it will be on Saturday the 20th in the United States if all the procedures are met.
“Any fan who wants to go to Miami to see the match will do so free of charge, including travel and admission, and with no limit on the number of requests.”
The RFEF has approved the plan to play the game in North America and has now forwarded the request to UEFA and FIFA for a final decision.
