Everton fans are now just days away from watching Jack Grealish make his debut after sealing his season-long loan.
Brighter times are ahead for Everton under the Friedkins, who are certainly showing ambition on Merseyside.
After signing last week, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall hailed Everton’s ambition after seeing the Hill Dickinson Stadium for the first time.
Grealish will wear number 18 at Everton as he pays homage to his idols Wayne Rooney and Paul Gascoigne.
The 29-year-old has been training alone most of the summer, having been omitted from Manchester City’s Club World Cup squad.
However, there will be an expectation for David Moyes to throw him straight into the side on Monday at Elland Road.

Jack Grealish’s brother drops hint on Everton position
Able to play in a number of positions, there will be a big question over where Moyes will deploy Grealish on Monday night.
Dewsbury-Hall really impressed Everton fans playing in the number 10 role at the weekend.

Posting on his Instagram story, Grealish’s brother, Kevan, said: ‘JG in the 10 [eyes emoji] lets go’.
Grealish spoke to Rooney ahead of his move to Everton, with the England legend discussing his links to the club.
A big season lies ahead for Grealish, and he will be hoping to hit the ground running on Monday night against Leeds.
How Everton could line up against Leeds United
Vitaliy Mykolenko picked up an injury at the weekend. So, it is expected that Adam Aznou will make his competitive debut at Elland Road.
But the main question is how Moyes will field his attacking players.
Iliman Ndiaye impressed again in pre-season, and the Senegal international will be one of the first names on the team sheet.
Now, it will be interesting to see whether Grealish does take up the number 10 position, or whether he could play at right-wing until a new option lands this summer.
After Dewsbury-Hall impressed, there is certainly competition for places, and these are the types of headaches which Moyes will have dreamt about having back in January.
