Leeds United boss Daniel Farke said during pre-season that the club needs reinforcements in attack. One key thing he mentioned was how the Whites failed to replace Manor Solomon.
Farke has a great point when it comes to that. Without Manor Solomon last season, Leeds probably do not win the title. The Spurs loanee came in and made a huge impact in the team. 10 goals and 12 assists in the league, after months of inactivity is a solid return for any player. Now that Solomon has left, Leeds need someone to replace that level of output.

The balance and depth among Solomon, Gnonto, Ramzani and James was great to witness last season. Now, with one gone, the depth is heavily depleted.

Leeds have been linked with Juventus winger Nico Gonzalez. And now, it has been confirmed by reports in Italy that the Serie A side have set an asking price for the player.
Per Tuttosport, Juventus will demand £26million for the Argentine. The move will be necessary if the club want to sign Jadon Sancho. Juventus boss Igor Tudor has demanded three key signings for his side this summer:
“I still believe in it. With three new signings, the team becomes competitive,” he reiterated.
“Plus, an important player like Bremer will return. He’s training with us here in the USA, alongside Cabal. I’m happy with my players, and the club will do its best. I’m confident that we’ll be stronger than we were last year.”
Player wants to leave
Nico Gonzalez has already asked for a transfer. The player is aware that Juventus want to add Jadon Sancho, and wants a way out. The former Fiorentina man wants to get playing time at his next club – Gonzalez is eyeing a place at the next World Cup. This is from Italian journalist Gianni Balzarini:
“What’s true is clearly linked to the possible departure of Gonzalez, who now seems to have asked to be sold, so be careful, it seems he asked to be sold precisely because he wants to play in the World Cup.”
Winger would be a solid addition
Gonzalez had a down season at Juventus last year, but in his previous two campaigns with Fiorentina, he scored 30 goals in all competitions. He is a winger who can finish, and attack teams down the byline.
