Manchester United’s season begins this weekend, but already several youngsters have kicked off their campaign’s elsewhere.
Across the English Football League, Manchester United have several talented young footballers out on loan as they look to develop and return next season in Ruben Amorim’s plans.
The pick of the bunch is Radek Vitek, with the big Czech goalkeeper earning himself a Championship loan at Bristol City, after impressing with Blau-Weiss Linz last season.
Vitek was a sensation at Blau Linz and had the kind of impact that every loanee will want to have.
The fact United sent Vitek to the Championship shows they have serious ideas about him, with this being the ultimate test before Premier League football.
At Bristol City, Vitek has been in top form so far, catching the eye in his competitive debut, with fans wowed by the 6ft 6in keeper. However, Vitek is not the only talented young goalkeeper on loan this season.

While Vitek is the goalkeeper hot on everybody’s lips this season, with real anticipation that he can be a future number one for United.
However, as exciting as Vitek is, there is a younger and equally as exciting talent who is also beginning to catch the eye. This being 19-year-old, Elyh Harrison.

After impressing at Chester last season, Harrison was recalled in January before playing U21 football to conclude his campaign.
Now, Harrison is following in Dean Henderson’s footsteps at Shrewsbury on loan for the season, and made his debut in the League Cup against Grimsby on on Tuesday.
Shrewsbury lost 3-1, although this didn’t take away from how excellent Harrison performed.

After the game, Shrewsbury boss Michael Appleton spoke about the performance by Harrison with praise, on the club’s YouTube.
“He did well, he read the second one. He had a really good evening tonight Elyh. We saw what he is capable of in terms of making saves, more importantly what he does with the ball as well.”

This summer, much has been made of the goalkeeping position, but by waiting 12 months, United might actually have two ready mde solutions for United
Vitek was tipped for the top by Tommy Lee, with his performances certainly showing why the club are no doubt watching his every game with the question of whether he can step up next summer.
While on loan with Bristol City, Vitek has been lauded by his manager Gerhard Struber, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
“We can see his profile; he’s a highly talented player with a high potential profile,” Struber told reporters. “Of course, this is something special that he brings on the table.”
Harrison is equally as rated and so in the enar future one of the two could definitely be pushing for United’s first team.
