Leeds United are scrambling behind the scenes to deliver the attacking players Daniel Farke is desperate for ahead of the end of the window. The club are working hard to secure the targets they have been tracking over the last few months, but we could still see some late-window surprises at Elland Road.
Farke has made it abundantly clear that his squad are short in the attacking areas ahead of his side’s Premier League opener against Everton on Monday night. He doesn’t believe Leeds can cope with the challenges of the top flight if they do not bring in forwards before the window closes on 1st September.

Leeds are in the market for a striker, and there appears to be some movement in their pursuit of Rodrigo Muniz, with Fulham now waiting for an offer from the Whites following Atalanta’s efforts to try and take him to Italy this summer.
The Whites are also in the market for a winger, and while Liverpool’s Ben Doak is on their radar, the Yorkshire giants have not tabled a formal offer for anyone since they missed out on signing Igor Paixao towards the end of last month.

Leeds United target Manor Solomon set to leave Tottenham
Manor Solomon spent last season on loan at Leeds and played a starring role in getting them promoted to the Premier League.
Leeds were keen to sign him on a permanent deal at the end of his loan spell, but the Israeli made it clear that he wanted to prove himself at Tottenham.
He is still admired at Elland Road and Daniel Farke has lamented that the club are yet to replace the winger through a new signing in the ongoing window.
However, Solomon is set to be available in the market, as, according to Fabrizio Romano, the winger will leave Spurs before the end of the window.
The winger has failed to impress new Spurs boss Thomas Frank, and Solomon is not part of his plans going forward.
A few Premier League clubs have their eyes on him, and the winger has also attracted interest from Spain. Spurs are aware and are ready to do a deal.
Tottenham have slapped a £20m price tag, but could be forced to lower their demands for a player who is not part of Frank’s plans.
A return to Leeds is still on the cards
Igor Paixao was the top target for Leeds, but since their failure to sign him, it is clear the Whites are unsure of the other wingers the club are tracking.
Liverpool are prepared to sell Doak, and Strasbourg are also open to offers for Dilane Bakwa, but Leeds have not made a formal bid for either of them.
Solomon could emerge as a target in the final weeks of the window as he is still admired at Elland Road, and Farke knows what he will be getting if they sign him.
Spurs want £20m for him, but Leeds will likely back themselves to negotiate down that price while still having enough money to land a top striker.
