Man United unveil 2025/26 third kit inspired by 90s classic

Manchester United have launched their third kit for the 2025/2026 season (via the club’s official website).

Designed by sportswear manufacturing company Adidas, the jersey is reminiscent of the legendary away kit donned by the club between 1993 and 1995.

The jersey is predominantly black and sports yellow side stripes, with yellow-and-blue detailing on the collar.

It also features Adidas’ iconic Trefoil logo, which is appearing on the United’s third kit for the second consecutive season, while the club’s crest is positioned inside a shield.

The Snapdragon logo, belonging to Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., United’s official principal shirt partner, is again in front and at the centre of the shirt. It first appeared on United’s jersey last season.

Images released by the club showed new signing Benjamin Sesko, captain Bruno Fernandes, Manuel Ugarte, Amad Diallo, Leny Yoro, and the Women’s team forward Melvin Malard modelling the new jersey.

Fans can now order it from the club’s website, though prices vary by region. Man United will reportedly wear the new third strip at Brentford on September 27.

Uned launched the home kit, which has three colours—red, black, and white in June. The away jersey, whose design is predominantly ‘white and light lavender with dark purple accents’, and the training kit were unveiled last month.

United players wore the away jersey in the first two pre-season games before donning the new home kit against Bournemouth and Everton during the Premier League summer series.

It was also worn in the Snapdragon match against Fiorentina last Saturday.

The Manchester outfit are stepping up preparation for the start of the new Premier League season and will face Arsenal in their first fixture on Sunday at Old Trafford.
