Manchester City could make another high-profile addition to their squad in the summer transfer window.
Gianluigi Donnarumma has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Manchester City after he confirmed his exit from Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday night.
The 26-year-old has been frozen out at Paris Saint-Germain and told to find a new club in the summer transfer window just months after he helped them win the Champions League. Donnarumma has been left out of the PSG squad to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Super Cup on Wednesday night, with Lucas Chevalier set to make his debut in the match.
L'Equipe claim Donnarumma has agreed personal terms over a proposed move to the Etihad and has already spoken with Pep Guardiola. City have already spent £27 million to sign James Trafford from Burnley and will need to sell Ederson if they are to bring the Italian international to the club. Stefan Ortega has also been told to find a new club.

Manchester United considered a move for Donnarumma this summer but opted to stick with Andre Onana as their first-choice for the coming season. Ruben Amorim's side will instead prioritise a midfield signing and could look to sign a top goalkeeper next summer.
Donnarumma confirms PSG exit
Taking to social media on Tuesday night, Paris Saint-Germain star Gianluigi Donnarumma confirmed he would leave the club this summer and admitted he was 'disappointed and saddened' by how his exit was handled.
“Special fans of Paris, from the first day I arrived, I gave my all, on and off the pitch, to earn my place and proudly defend the goal of Paris Saint-Germain," he said. "Unfortunately, someone has decided that I can no longer be part of this group and contribute to the team’s success. This decision leaves me disappointed and saddened.”
“I hope I’ll have the opportunity again to look the fans in the eyes at the Parc des Princes and say goodbye as you deserve. If that doesn’t happen, I want you to know that your support and affection have meant the world to me and I will never forget them. I will always carry in my heart the memory of the emotions I experienced, the magical nights, and of you, who made me feel at home.
“To my teammates—my second family—thank you for every battle, every smile, and every moment we shared. You will always be my brothers. Playing for this club and living in this city has been an immense honor for me. Thank you, Paris,”
