Chelsea OFFICIALLY given green light to wrap up deal for absolute worldie

PSG have omitted keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma from their squad to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Super Cup on Wednesday, opening the door for the likes of CHELSEA, Manchester United and any other team to make their moves.
