Denzel Washington is a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan. With the season on the horizon, and his new film Highest 2 Lowest arriving in theaters, the acting GOAT pulled up on ESPN’s First Take and laid into Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Speaking with Stephen A. Smith, Washington revealed he has been a fan since the 1960s and Jones only cares about his pockets.
“I don’t like what it’s doing to the fans. He ain’t thinkin about us. He’s thinking about his pockets,” said Washington. “There’s box office and there’s Oscars. Jerry, been a while, huh? You ain’t been to the show, you wouldn’t know. Haven’t been to the show, so you wouldn’t know what it is to win.”
