Everton and West Ham United have been suggested as the unknown clubs who have made a move for Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic.
That’s according to Wednesday’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, and they mention Everton and West Ham when covering the latest on the striker’s situation.
Vlahovic is in his final year of contract and his refusal to sign an extension has convinced Juve to sell him this summer. This is avoid losing him for free in 2026 and most importantly to save on his high salary.
Corriere reports he currently earns just under €2m gross per month, which none of his suitors are willing to match. He doesn’t seem to be an attractive option, both financially and sporting wise, for top clubs.
That hasn’t stopped other clubs, as the newspaper suggests the Premier League duo have made approaches for him.
The 25-year-old is said to have turned down offers from two mid-table Premier League clubs who haven’t qualified for Europe. Corriere immediately then say ‘Everton and West Ham are the suspects’, suggesting they are the ones to have tried to sign him.
Whether they’re correct or not may remain unknown, because the player hasn’t been tempted by any approach so far.
